I Am Thinking About nutrisystem vs medifast
January 6, 2010 6:09 pm ArtsI have been giving a lot of thought to which new diet I ought to follow in the new year, and so far I have managed to just kind of confuse myself a lot. The main problem is that I know I want a certain type of diet but when it comes down to choosing I get a little bit lost. I am thinking of nutrisystem vs medifast, and trying to compare and decide which is a better fit for me. I like the idea of having the convenience of already prepared foods, and they both do offer that. I might go with the one that tastes better.
