I Need to Replace My California DMV Title to My Car

I’m sure they’ve heard all the stories, but I wasn’t making this one up. The dog really did eat my California dmv title for my car. I was cleaning out the car, including the glove compartment and going through all my important papers that were in there, when a light breeze came up and blew them into the driveway. While I was chasing one, my dog, Rex, went after the title. Unfortunately, he didn’t return it to me. Instead he gulped the whole thing right down, while I raced over to jerk it out of his mouth. Now I need to replace my title. What a nuisance my dog can be at times!
