Low Maintenance

Moving into the Setai condos was the best thing for me and my wife and our busy lifestyle. At first, she wanted a house, but I did not see how we could handle the maintenance of one at this point in our lives. Living in condos is perfect because they take care of the lawn and garden stuff for you, plus other problems. All we have to do is report any problems, and I get my secretary to do that. Maybe some day we will slow down and buy a home, but for now we will enjoy the beach and the freedom.
