After my divorce I felt alone and afraid, and it felt like I would never experience joy again. I wanted some help with sorting through my feelings, but I also wanted to feel encouraged and empowered, and I began searching for answers. Some of my friends had told me about a great author, and I went to wwwfionafaycom and read about a book that was very highly recommended. I ordered a copy for myself, and it was very enlightening. I realized how I could change the way I was living my life, and I am applying the strategies to my current situation. This is exactly what I needed!

I was watching an old movie last night that was starring George Montgomery. I have seen him in some other movies in the past and he always seemed to be a fine actor. One of the things that I liked about this movie was that it had to do with him being a lawman. During one of the many commercial break i saw an ad that came on for some crazy colored contact lenses. I have seen some kids wear these kind of lenses in the past and i like what they can do for a person. I might even buy a pair for my wife.

I love practicing meditation because it helps me get into a deep, relaxing state and it increases my awareness. Meditation helps me focus better in life. It enhances my creativity and makes my life more peaceful. It helps me get rid of my negative thoughts and it reduces my stress. I like to practice meditation 5 days a week because it relaxes me and it boosts my mood. I like to use a variety of meditation CDs because it makes the experience better. I have a lot of stress because of my active lifestyle, but meditation helps me change that.
