They Do Not Get the ICD-10

I thought that I had done very well teaching this class and then a student raised their hand and what is icd-10? I just stood there and looked at here. Is that not what I had just spent the entire hour lecturing on? I just feel like some of these kids do not listen to me at all. I am not sure what I am doing wrong here. I am not sure what to do with this class right now.
