My Triceps are Really Starting to Grow
January 25, 2010 1:46 am HealthWhen I first started working out, I had no idea what I was doing. I worked out just about every day and the results didn’t seem to come very fast for me. It wasn’t until I learned to rest my muscle groups that I started to see results. I now focus in on core muscles and give them a three to four day break in between. This has given me great results. One area that I am most impressed with would be my triceps. The tricep exercise that works the best for me is simple. I do skull crushers and they give me great results.
