While trying to find ways to improve my health and overall well being I came across a useful website.  There was a stop sweating and start living review that really caught my eye.  It said that exercising until you got soaked was not the answer on how to change your exercise routine, as sweat is actually good for you, but not to the point where you are soaked.  Working out too much for you body will produce too much sweat and will not burn the calories you need to be burned.  Working at a comfortable pace is much more healthier for your overall well being. Also eliminating junk food and sugary food also helps in a healthier lifestyle.
