The latest thing to hit the scene in blinds or shades are the Blackout Cellular Shades. These are a new concept in shades that although look like the old design in shape these don’t have any separation between the blinds themselves. These are designed to completely block out the light coming into the window but can also be found in transparent versions that let various amounts of light in for a stunning effect and softening effect as well. These innovative looking shades come in many different colors to illuminate a room, or the dark colors to completely create an opaque-ness to the room!
