Looking for Salmon Recipes
February 14, 2010 8:49 am HomeI have a problem. My boyfriend just came home from his vacation in Alaska. He spent a week sightseeing and fishing. It is the fishing that has caused my problem. I have a freezer full of the salmon he caught up there, and I have already exhausted my meager arsenal of salmon recipes. I know that there must be creative cooks out there that have some ideas on how to cook salmon besides just grilling it or broiling it. I would really appreciate any suggestions, I would hate to just let it sit in the freezer until it gets freezer burn. Thank you in advance! By the way, no salmon pancake recipes please.
