Wanting More Out Of A Career

I feel that it is really important to set employment goals for yourself and to reach for the sky.  I am always telling my children that I wish that I would have completed my degree and I do not want them to make the same mistakes as I did.  My son works closely with a contractor and he recently completed an energy auditor certification course.  He will now be qualified to inspect buildings and homes and rate how efficient they are.  He is pretty excited about it and he did very well during the course.  He is hoping that this will lead to more responsibilities.
