Improving Your Memory Loss
March 11, 2010 7:51 am Reference and EducationI was asked once to speak on memory tips. The first thing I remember is to eat a healthy diet. The vitamins and minerals found in fruits and vegetables will help tremendously. The next step is to always get plenty of rest, at least eight hours of sleep each night for adults. Another thing you need to do is exercise. It gets your brain moving. I used to have a horrible memory, until I started to focus on my memory loss. Once I became serious about my problem, I seemed to try harder to improve it, and it really works!
