The conception of an invention means any invention that you have to conceptualize first. in other words, anything you think of is a conception of an invention. These types of ideas get patented just like any other under what is called the Intellectual Property Rights Laws and regulations. The process differs depending on the exact idea you have, too. If you have an idea about a piece of artwork, the application will be a little different than if you had an idea of a story to write. All the ideas, however, fall under the same category to patent. Get a patent before someone “steals your ideas” as so many do these days.
