I love practicing meditation because it helps me get into a deep, relaxing state and it increases my awareness. Meditation helps me focus better in life. It enhances my creativity and makes my life more peaceful. It helps me get rid of my negative thoughts and it reduces my stress. I like to practice meditation 5 days a week because it relaxes me and it boosts my mood. I like to use a variety of meditation CDs because it makes the experience better. I have a lot of stress because of my active lifestyle, but meditation helps me change that.
