Servidores is simple the Spanish term for the word “server”. A server is a system of hardware and software ensconced in a machine that acts as an avenue to provide certain services to the consumer. This can mean a computer server, which handles all of the personal computers that are connected to a particular network, or a web server, which is an HTTP or Hypertext Transfer Protocol server that internet users make use of to access different kinds of websites and services that are available online. There are also application servers or servidores, which are dedicated to running ceratin software applications; the communications server, which is a carrier-grade computing platform used for communication networks; print server, which provides printer services and the web feed server, which distributes, manages, and tracks internal and external RSS feeds in a particular enterprise. Whatever the case, these servers are essential in order for a network or system of networks to be able to run as smoothly as possible.
