Warm and Welcoming

I found my accommodation in Wellington City to be very warm and welcoming.  I also have to mention right up front that the staff was extremely friendly and helpful.  There was, as could be expected, somewhat of a delay with the service during breakfast time.  However, with the number of guests waiting to be served, the wait was very understandable.  The taxi was several minutes late arriving to pick me up to take me to the airport.  And, that was not the fault of the staff there.  They did everything that they came to not only calm me down, but get one there as soon as possible.
